6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
6.1 The registered users who are intended to delete their Digital Visiting Card or Dynamic Website or E-commerce website from www.studioartwise.in are requested to send an email to coffee@studioartwise.in. The users can alternatively opt for cancellation/deletion on their own by clicking on Delete Page from their user dashboard.
6.2 The registered users are requested to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before payment of registration fees. The fee once paid for availing services under any of the categories is not subject to refund under any circumstances.
6.3. The user’s IDs that are deleted by the platform which are found to be not abiding by the Terms of this Agreement, shall be blacklisted forever and the fees paid shall be forfeited. The platform is entitled to refund the fees to the blacklisted users.
6.4 In case of any grievances regarding the refund of fees, the users are requested to write to mail@studioartwise.in.
