5.1 The information shared with www.studioartwise.in for registration of the users by the users is maintained with utmost privacy. The information is not subject to be shared by the platform with any third party, with any database or any other party whatsoever.

5.2 The users are required to fill in the information for creation of the user id with the website. The users are never asked to share any personal information, any information on PAN, Aadhar, Driving license, Passport, Employee card or any other identification proof by the website.

5.3 The users are required to keep their personal information including Banking information confidential and not to disclose the same to any person approaching through the website or disclose the same any other person connected via www.studioartwise.in.

5.4 The platform would never seek identity proofs, personal information, banking information or information related to any payment gateway. Neither the platform would ask for OTP, Login user id or password for any payment gateways.

5.5. The users if are sharing personal information as per point 5.2 and 5.4 above, shall be responsible themselves. The platform shall not be held responsible for data disclosure or violation of data posted on the website.

5.6 The platform is entitled to maintain the database of the registered users, however the database is maintained for maintaining records of the registered users and the same is not shared or disclosed with the outsiders under any circumstances.

5.7 The users are required to safeguard their own information what they will be publishing on the Digital Visiting Cards, Dynamic Website and E-commerce websites. The information so disclosed is by the user and with their own risks & responsibilities.

5.8 The platform reserves the right to maintain a record of the profiles which are registered on the platform as well the profiles which are being reported for violating this Agreement and profiles which are removed/deleted from the platform for continuing years of operation of the platform.
